Stewards CornerChris SheetsCustodial Specialist I started at SVSU in December 2022 and I'm a 2nd shift Custodial Specialist. I was elected as a SSA Union Steward in March 2024. Prior to SVSU, I worked at several non-profits in Bay City and Saginaw and have experience with fundraising events and various back-office functions. Joining the SSA’s Communications, Newsletter, & Website Committees allows me to use that experience to help coordinate events like our summer picnics and by contributing articles to our newsletter that I hope are timely and informative. I spend my free time working on mechanical watches, trying to keep my 37- year old station wagon running (or at least not stuck on jack stands) and projects around the house.
